📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with service providers and business areas, ensuring legal certainty and alignment with the company’s interests • Act as a strategic partner to internal teams, providing practical legal guidance during negotiations and in the management of active contracts • Identify, analyze and mitigate contractual risks, proposing solutions that balance legal protection and commercial feasibility • Monitor contract execution, advising internal areas on their obligations and any deviations • Work proactively to improve contract models, templates and internal processes • Liaise with external law firms when necessary, overseeing and validating matters within your responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) • Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Contract law: drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating service contracts and other instruments used in the company’s day-to-day operations • Experience reviewing and negotiating domestic and international contracts • Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, accessible language for non-legal teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management systems is a plus • Advanced English • Availability to work in a hybrid model – 2 days on-site at the Berrini office and 3 days remote
