📋 Description

• Review court filings and procedural documents of medium to high complexity prior to filing; • Validate legal grounds, arguments and procedural strategies; • Identify opportunities for technical improvement in procedural submissions; • Ensure standardization and quality of documents produced by the team; • Support attorneys in defining procedural strategies; • Analyze litigation risks and propose legal alternatives; • Provide technical guidance to the team as needed; • Contribute to the updating and standardization of legal arguments; • Monitor legislative and case law changes relevant to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent); • Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • Solid experience in strategic civil litigation; • Experience in technical review of court filings and legal documents; • Excellent legal writing and critical analysis skills; • Analytical, strategic and detail-oriented profile; • Experience with matters involving Medical Law, Supplementary Health (private health plans) and fraud is a plus; • Experience in medium or large law firms, especially handling strategic portfolios, is a plus.
