• Lead critical initiatives and efforts related to our Learning Systems strategy; contribute to a comprehensive suite of learning services and support for the entire Velera community. • Proactively consult, conduct needs assessment and gap analyses, and make recommendations on appropriate learning and knowledge solutions that will meet business demands. • Use the learning management system and learning experience platforms to support training and development, using standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement, and reporting. • Collaborate with content SMEs, Learning Experience Designers, Knowledge Management Specialists, and stakeholders to ensure learning and knowledge solutions are successfully deployed. • Research system functionality and recommend effective design and deployment of learning within learning systems; including new system functionality and rollouts. • Manage multiple, complex and technical strategic projects, deployments, enhancements, integrations, and system projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Systems Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Six (6) years of experience in learning management system administration, or learning and development fields required. • Three (3) years of experience leading projects and/or project assignment tasks to ensure they are completed timely and within budget required. • Lean Six Sigma certificate preferred. • Certifications in Learning or Knowledge Management, Lean, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ServiceNow, and/or SharePoint preferred. • Ability to understand and translate business needs into strategic solutions • Knowledge of current and emerging training tools and systems
