📋 Description

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Ensure data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking • Architect and deploy workflow automations using Zapier or Make, integrated with LLM APIs • Automate repetitive sales tasks and communications • Design, implement, and manage internal or customer-facing AI agents • Build automated email drafting, AI chatbot lead triage, and call transcription summarization systems • Build and maintain performance dashboards for revenue metrics and conversion rates • Audit operational bottlenecks and propose AI-powered, technology-enabled solutions • Document technical workflows • Train internal teams to adopt newly implemented AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Systems Administration • Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms • Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make to build complex, multi-step automations • Practical experience integrating Generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) with CRMs and external databases • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and advanced prompt engineering • Experience building AI agents, chatbots, lead qualification, automated outreach, and CRM enrichment workflows • Ability to build revenue dashboards and track pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance • Advanced English (B2/C1) • Basic technical knowledge of JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or Python • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills • Experience implementing AI-driven lead scoring and sentiment analysis • CRM integrations with marketing and customer success platforms • Experience documenting workflows and training teams on automation tools
