📋 Description

• Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes for US-based businesses • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT Advanced Data Analysis and Microsoft Copilot to analyze financial datasets, identify spending anomalies, and generate narrative performance reports • Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts, financial models, and annual budgets using AI-assisted forecasting software • Implement and oversee AI-driven OCR and AP/AR automation tools such as Bill.com and Dext • Prepare and present monthly financial performance packages, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, to executive leadership • Collaborate with external CPA firms on tax preparation and compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or as a Controller • Strong understanding of US accounting principles (US GAAP) • Experience working with US-based clients • Practical experience or strong proficiency using Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for Finance, to write financial summaries, build macros, or write complex Excel formulas/scripts • Hands-on experience with cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite, including native AI or automation integrations • Advanced English proficiency (C1) • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills • High degree of integrity and autonomy • Drive to modernize traditional financial workflows
