📋 Description

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web, mobile, and/or backend systems • Perform manual and, where applicable, automated functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing • Identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects through thorough testing • Test from end-user, QA engineer, and product-owner perspectives • Document defects clearly so developers can reproduce and resolve them efficiently • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout sprint and release cycles • Advocate for quality from requirements gathering through post-release monitoring • Own the end-to-end testing process for assigned features • Ensure every release meets a high quality standard • Recommend improvements to QA processes, testing strategies, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience • Strong understanding of software testing, test case creation, and defect management • Experience working in Agile development environments • Familiarity with SDLC • Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr • Strong communication skills • Ability to clearly document bugs, collaborate with developers, and communicate findings effectively • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (good to have) • Familiarity with API testing tools, including Postman (good to have) • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment (good to have) • English proficiency rating/CEFR level must be entered in the application form • Resume must follow the Coconut VA Profile Template and be in English • 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom, with a working link
