📋 Description

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web, mobile, and/or backend systems • Perform manual and applicable automated functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing • Identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects through thorough testing • Test from end-user, QA engineer, and product-owner perspectives • Document defects with sufficient detail for developer reproduction and resolution • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout sprint and release cycles • Advocate for quality from requirements gathering through post-release monitoring • Own end-to-end testing for assigned features and ensure releases meet quality standards • Recommend improvements to QA processes, testing strategies, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience • Strong understanding of software testing, test case creation, and defect management • Experience working in Agile development environments • Familiarity with SDLC • Experience with QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr • Ability to clearly document bugs and communicate findings effectively • Experience designing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Experience performing manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory cycles • Good to have: test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright • Good to have: API testing tools, including Postman • Good to have: startup or fast-paced product environment experience • Resume must follow the Coconut VA Profile format and be in English • Provide CEFR English proficiency level in the application • Submit a one-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom, with a working link • Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
