📋 Description

• At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships. • We're looking for a Senior React Developer responsible for developing, shipping, and maintaining front-end web features for our product. • Responsibilities include attending team standups, owning product features, translating discussions to UI improvements, and collaborating with various teams including frontend, backend, iOS, and QA. • The role requires strong independent coding judgment and understanding of architecture in the development process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience Needed/Responsibilities: • - Attend team standups 3x per week and align on weekly priorities • - Take ownership of assigned product and feature work without heavy oversight • - Build, ship, and maintain front-end web features for Robin’s product • - Own feature execution end to end, including items like Chrome extension work and other standard web product tasks • - Translate product discussions into shipped UI improvements and working features • - Work closely with the existing team across frontend, backend, iOS, and QA to move projects forward • - Address bugs surfaced through QA and help maintain product quality • - Use AI tools to increase output, but still rely on strong independent coding judgment and architecture understanding • Good to have: • - Strong front-end web development experience • - 5+ years of coding experience before 2022 / pre-ChatGPT • - Can truly code, not just prompt AI tools • - Founder/owner mentality; not clock-in/clock-out • - Senior enough to hit the ground running with minimal training • - Animations experience • - Flexibility on time zone while still maintaining overlap • Non-negotiable Requirements: • - Experience in React • - Experience in CSS • - Experience in Node.js • Industry/Tools Experience: • - React • - CSS • - HTML • - Tailwind • - Node.js • - AI coding tools / models
