📋 Description

• Manage end to end recruitment for assigned roles from hiring manager brief to candidate sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, ensuring that top candidates are identified, interviewed, and hired • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles for current and future business needs • Provide an unparalleled candidate experience • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process keeping everyone updated and engaged along the way • Track candidates in Greenhouse to ensure accurate and up to date records • Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles • Source and engage with amazing people by leveraging conventional and unconventional methods to find the best candidates out there

• Flexible and proactive attitude with a positive, solution-focused mindset • Exceptional organization and process-driven mindset • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience closing senior and executive level roles • Comfort managing multiple priorities and pivoting as needs change • Advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion • Ability to work East Coast hours
