âą Translate customer needs into engaging and intuitive user interfaces âą Own the design process from concept to execution âą Use the ShadCN design library to assemble design elements âą Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director on research, design, and prototyping âą Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and screen and flow mockups âą Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation âą Ensure the product is well-thought-out and functional âą Translate designs for development âą Analyze user journeys âą Work with design systems and symbol libraries
đŻ Requirements
âą Strong experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field âą Strategic design approach considering usability, accessibility, and business impact âą Proficiency in Figma âą Experience with user research, journey mapping, and data-informed design decisions âą Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles âą Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment âą Proficient copywriting skills in English âą Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor âą Experience analyzing user journeys âą Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries âą Access to a Mac with Figma or preference for this design tool âą Fluent communication in Dutch or English for the application
