📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery with strong results and strategic impact • Plan, coordinate, research, organize, and drive cross-functional initiatives supporting broader business goals • Engage in every stage of the program lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and continuous improvement • Lead projects from inception to completion through strategic planning and execution • Monitor project progress and set ambitious yet attainable deadlines • Act as a bridge between teams and department heads to ensure clear information flow • Identify solutions and make decisive actions to resolve obstacles • Deliver projects that meet requirements and establish high standards of quality and results

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in utilizing contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, etc. • Prior experience in project management, or in product management with an emphasis on problem-solving • Proficiency in English, covering both written and verbal communication • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking • A preference for pragmatism over idealism • Ability to adapt, manage various tasks, and prioritize • Comfortable working cross-functionally • Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership
