📋 Description

• Oversee technical projects and ensure successful delivery with strong results and real impact • Plan, coordinate, research, organize, and drive projects bridging engineering, product, and business goals • Engage in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping through execution and continuous improvement • Lead technical projects from inception to completion • Transform technical requirements into tangible project outcomes • Monitor project progress and set ambitious yet attainable deadlines • Act as a bridge between engineering teams and department heads, translating technical details into clear business language • Navigate technical and organizational challenges and make decisive actions to keep projects advancing • Deliver projects that meet requirements and high quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs • Prior experience in technical project management or software/product delivery, with emphasis on problem-solving • Technical fluency to work comfortably with developers and understand workflows, dependencies, and trade-offs; coding is not required • Proactive, hands-on approach to tackling challenges • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking • Preference for pragmatism over idealism • Ability to adapt, manage various tasks, and prioritize • Application may be submitted in Dutch or English
