📋 Description

• Build and manage relationships with customers • Drive post-sales growth while identifying new business opportunities • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployments • Track and influence procurement cycles, contracts, and technology pilots • Represent Code Metal in key defense and dual-use technology forums • Serve as a thought partner to company leadership, mapping opportunities and helping shape strategic direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in defense business development, capture, or delivery roles • Strong network within DoD, primes, defense tech, or mission-tech ecosystems • Demonstrated success managing complex programs or partnerships • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • US Citizen required (clearance preferred) • Remote OK
