• - Define, lead, and execute the GTM strategy across the DoD and related federal programs • - Build and maintain senior-level relationships across services, combatant commands, and other government bodies • - Turn opportunities into contracts • - Anticipate policy, budget, and acquisition shifts that open new opportunities • - Collaborate with technical teams to align Code Metal’s product with government needs • - Manage the growing government GTM team
• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus) • - Experience in business development, capture, or GTM leadership within government or defense technology sectors with a proven history of success • - Deep understanding of DoD acquisition, procurement, and team structures • - Proven track record of expanding business from single-branch engagements into multi-branch programs • - Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar defense programs or contracts • - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills • - US Citizen required (clearance preferred) • - Remote OK
