📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services. • Improve developer productivity. • Lead technical initiatives across the engineering organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience. • Strong Python backend development experience. • Experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems. • Solid knowledge of SQL and database optimization. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. • Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills. • Experience with production AI/LLM applications is a plus. • Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. • Good verbal and writing English language communication skills. • Nice to Have: Platform engineering experience. • Nice to Have: GraphQL. • Nice to Have: Microservices architecture and monolith decomposition.
