π Description
β’ Coordinate and review dental treatment plans in collaboration with partner dental offices β’ Utilize Codent AIβs technology platform to support treatment planning workflows and documentation β’ Verify and interpret dental insurance benefits, including coverage limitations and estimated patient responsibility β’ Communicate treatment plans to patients clearly and professionally via phone, video, or secure digital platforms β’ Support dental offices by improving treatment plan understanding and case acceptance through patient education and financial presentation β’ Accurately document treatment coordination activities within Codent AI systems and applicable dental practice management software β’ Serve as a liaison between dental providers, insurance carriers, and patients to ensure clear and consistent communication β’ Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable data privacy regulations
π― Requirements
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator β’ Strong working knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and common dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, indemnity) β’ Experience with insurance verification and patient financial discussions β’ Ability to work effectively using cloud-based platforms and remote communication tools β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a remote environment β’ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy β’ Comfortable working with evolving systems and frequent updates β’ Able to follow documentation standards and operational procedures β’ Comfortable supporting teams with varying levels of technical skill
