📋 Description

• Build AI-powered tools, internal assistants, and copilots across the SDLC, including code generation, code reviews, testing, documentation, and IaC generation. • Investigate, benchmark, and deploy GenAI solutions such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery pipelines, reduce lead time, and enhance system reliability. • Prototype AI-driven platform features including cost-aware autoscaling, predictive incident resolution, and automated root cause analysis within DevOps environments. • Integrate intelligent automation into the Internal Developer Platform in collaboration with Platform, SRE, and DevOps teams. • Partner with engineering leadership to identify operational friction and test novel AI approaches. • Scale learnings through workshops and internal demos. • Design, benchmark, and deploy GenAI-driven solutions into internal developer platforms and infrastructure workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes. • Proficiency with AWS or GCP cloud environments. • Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure-as-Code. • Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and Bash or Go. • Practical experience implementing Large Language Models and code-generation tools such as Codex, Claude, StarCoder, or the GPT family in real-world software workflows. • Deep understanding of the complete Software Development Lifecycle, including planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring. • Strong knowledge of modern CI/CD automation systems. • Research-driven and curious approach to evaluating new technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to articulate complex AI solutions to technical teams. • Nice to have: experience with RAG architectures, prompt engineering, custom model fine-tuning, Internal Developer Platforms, published research, open-source contributions, or AI projects involving software quality, deployment safety, or observability.
