📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features • Take ownership of complex technical problems end to end • Raise the engineering bar for the EMEA team • Drive architecture and technical design decisions • Groom the backlog and plan with the Product Manager • Use AI coding assistants and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex • Automate repetitive engineering tasks and offload boilerplate • Write automated tests and ensure code quality through code reviews • Deploy and monitor features in production using GitLab, AWS, and Kubernetes • Improve the team’s engineering practices • Partner with Product and other teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver impactful work

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level ownership • Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Ruby, or Node.js • Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React • Proficiency in SQL • Solid experience designing scalable, reliable systems • Experience conducting thorough code reviews • Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for code generation, agentic workflows, scripting/automation, or building internal tooling on top of LLMs • Professional working proficiency in English
