📋 Description

• Facilitate teams with maturity and turn processes into results • Lead agile ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective • Remove impediments and support the team in maturity growth • Work with agile metrics and multiple squads

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams • Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles • Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) • Skill in removing impediments and supporting the team’s maturity evolution • Experience with agile metrics (Lead Time, Throughput, Velocity, CFD, etc.) • Experience in environments with multiple squads • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar • Strong communication skills, systems thinking, and a collaborative mindset • Organized and able to manage own time in a remote environment • Use of personal equipment for work (BYOD)
