âą Maintain a holistic grasp of business processes and understand their impact on IT from a broad technological perspective âą Ensure IT infrastructure, internal processes, and team workflows adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks, specifically the NIS2 Directive and AI Act âą Maintain a hands-on leadership role while managing the IT Administration team's core functions âą Conduct security, privacy, and risk assessments for software applications, AI tools, and third-party solutions before team adoption âą Establish secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards (AI Governance) for internal AI-driven software development projects âą Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 âą Track upcoming cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements and ensure timely adjustments to corporate policies, technical systems, and team workflows âą Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks associated with emerging technologies âą Manage IT budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor management
