📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the Python codebase for the core automation engine, including data ingestion pipelines, standardization logic, and matching algorithms • Design and implement ETL middleware solutions that process, validate, and transform data from multiple sources with high accuracy and performance • Build Excel and PDF output pipelines using pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter to generate comprehensive reports and reconciliation documents • Create responsive frontend components using React.js that enable users to interact with automation workflows and visualize results • Translate business rules into scalable code by collaborating with stakeholders to understand matching scenarios, reconciliation logic, and classification requirements • Write comprehensive unit tests using pytest to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the full stack • Document matching rules and reconciliation scenarios based on stakeholder discussions, serving as a bridge between technical implementation and business requirements • Collaborate with senior developers to architect solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development • 3+ years of hands-on Python development with proven production experience • Strong expertise with pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter for data manipulation and report generation • Solid experience building user interfaces with React.js • Proficiency with unit testing frameworks (pytest) and version control systems (Git) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team. • Experience with SQLAlchemy for ORM and database abstraction (nice to have) • PostgreSQL database design and optimization experience (nice to have) • Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools (nice to have) • Experience with ETL frameworks or data pipeline orchestration (nice to have) • Knowledge of API development and REST principles (nice to have) • Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps tools (nice to have) • Background in financial reconciliation or data matching domains (nice to have)
