📋 Description
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Master Test Plan • Define test timelines and required resource capacity • Standardize templates for test cases, test scripts, reviews, and bug reports • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads • Create traceability between requirements and testing artifacts • Analyze testing outcomes, metrics, and defect trends • Lead a cross-functional QA team and foster a culture of quality
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ Years of experience in software testing • Understanding of large language models (LLMs), GenAI, and prompt engineering concepts • Experience integrating GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI to automate QA workflows • Proficiency in modern test frameworks such as Playwright and k6 • Experience in test management using Jira/Xray and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
