📋 Description

• Intake and assess incoming calls, emails, and tickets • Determine how to handle client needs effectively and efficiently • Become proficient in systems, tools, and workflows supporting the Center of Excellence's products and services • Interface with Level 2 domain experts on complex or licensing-related client requests • Ensure necessary follow-up with clients or brokers • Create exceptional customer experiences • Provide Level 1 support and drive customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills • Complex problem-solving abilities and resilience • Curiosity for continuous learning and ability to leverage multiple tools and resources • 3–5 years of previous Customer Service or Call Center experience preferred in insurance or financial services sectors • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Ability to support clients across North America, primarily Central and Eastern Time Zones • Associate degree required • Bachelor's Degree is a plus • Additional education or certification in customer service is advantageous
