📋 Description

• Establishing and executing the International sales strategy • Partnering with the Chief Sales Officer to develop a global sales strategy • Leading and motivating a team of Regional Directors, Sales/Country Managers • Developing plans for achieving the company’s sales goals • Creating a culture of success and ongoing business achievement • Managing customer expectations and contributing to customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in leading successful software sales organizations • Experience managing organizations of 40+ sales professionals • Successful experience leading teams to close enterprise and 6+ -figure deals • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience • Ability to travel up to 40%
