📋 Description

• Build, monitor, and recommend continuous improvements to research processes. • Plan, execute, and analyze customer experience research, including sampling, questionnaire design, and oversight of fieldwork. • Manage research projects with partner institutes, ensuring delivery within deadlines and the quality of results. • Prepare clear, concise, and engaging reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to different audiences, including senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of quantitative customer experience research methodologies, such as NPS and satisfaction studies. • Experience with survey tools, questionnaire programming, and data processing. • Strong customer orientation with a passion for understanding behaviors and needs. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint). • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations is a plus.
