• Support the structuring and management of the company's transformation agenda; • Monitor strategic initiatives together with the Board and executive leadership; • Prepare executive materials (presentations, analyses, reports and dashboards) for decision-making forums; • Map structural problems, identify opportunities and propose viable, impact-driven solutions; • Support the monitoring of strategic indicators (KPIs) and governance rituals; • Work cross-functionally with different areas, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution; • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives as levers for organizational transformation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related fields. Postgraduate/MBA in related areas or specialized courses will be considered a plus. • Intermediate English – required for reading and basic communication in a global corporate environment; • Spanish – a plus, not mandatory; • At least 2 years of experience in the role; • Hybrid work model in SP, Southern Region. • Knowledge of specific software: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate and/or Power Apps – basic level); • Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); • Corporate platforms for communication, document management, information organization and project tracking; • Technical knowledge: • Structuring analyses and executive materials for senior leadership; • Concepts of strategic management and corporate governance; • Project management and monitoring; • Process mapping and improvement; • Basics of automation and low-code/no-code solutions; • Programming logic (basic level – a plus); • Additional courses: • Certifications in Power Platform; • Introductory courses in project management (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban or similar); • Courses related to organizational transformation, strategy or innovation.
