📋 Description

• Record accounting entries in an ERP system (e.g., Domínio, Conta Azul, etc.) • Support the reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts • Assist in preparing and submitting statutory and tax filings • Support the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements • Maintain and organize accounting and tax documentation • Assist in responding to client requests • Collaborate with other departments (HR/Payroll, Tax, and Finance) to align information • Assist with onboarding new clients • Assist with and learn the processes for reviews, period-end closings, and financial statement preparation • Assist in training junior clerks and assistants

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Domínio, Conta Azul, etc.) • Ability to support general ledger and bank account reconciliations • Ability to assist in preparing and submitting statutory and tax filings • Ability to support the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements • Organized approach to maintaining accounting and tax documentation • Experience handling client requests • Ability to collaborate with other departments (HR/Payroll, Tax, and Finance)
