📋 Description

• Provide service to clients in your portfolio with effective communication, ensuring satisfaction and problem resolution. • Use internal customer service systems to record and track requests and complaints. • Analyze service area data. • Handle complaints professionally, demonstrating empathy and patience. • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver efficient solutions. • Keep requests organized and follow internal procedures to ensure quality service. • Demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, maintaining a resolution-focused approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Proven experience in customer service and conflict resolution. • Customer service certifications are a plus. • Skills such as verbal and written communication, empathy, patience, teamwork, resilience, and organization.
