📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client projects, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. • Manage GRC projects end-to-end, including client onboarding, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between internal teams and clients. • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and regular governance calls. • Proactively address challenges to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes, and escalate delivery risks and blockers appropriately. • Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and auditor bodies to facilitate external audit schedules and ensure compliance requirements are met. • Continuously monitor and refine project workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. • Support the GRC team by contributing to strategic initiatives and identifying areas for process improvement. • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and client stakeholders. • Help define and build project documentation and process if needed. • Manage daily, the project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. • Monitor project health, budgets, and resource allocation. • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and project methodologies. • Work collaboratively with GRC Consultants to ensure technical activities are completed in line with the project plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally within GRC, cybersecurity, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships. • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving practical, high-quality outcomes. • Confidence in decision-making. • Ability to take initiative when faced with challenges and the capability to utilise company resources to find solutions. • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, or NIS2, along with external audit processes, is a plus. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI ACP, CAPM) are an advantage, although not essential.
