🎯 Requirements
• Master’s/PhD degree in a relevant technical topic (Process, Mechanical, Automation, Maintenance, HSEQ, Planning, EPC projects) and/or previous experience from a similar role • Experience from Downstream and/or Process Industry [(Refineries - Separation, Conversion, Treatment, Planning, Utilities) / (Process - Continuous, Batch Manufacturing for bulk, intermediate and speciality chemicals)] with proven understanding of the current challenges and opportunities digitalization can provide to solve them • Experience of implementing Industry 4.0 projects and understanding of industry 4.0 technologies is desirable • Strong interest and experience in IOT technologies, Machine Learning and Digital Twins/ Data Modeling • Additional language full proficiency is regarded as a plus • Team player, used to work well in a cross functional team • Strong proficiency and proven experience in demonstrating and leading technical validation programs for enterprise software sales • Ability to lead requirements and value definition workshops • Enjoying the responsibility of being the domain expert and facilitating dialogue between a broad range of stakeholders both on • Your ability to speak the language of our clients, whether they are C-level stakeholders or engineers, is a key factor in your success.
