📋 Description
• Support the translation and editing of written materials across our education programmes • Ensure content is accurate, clear and culturally appropriate for Welsh-medium and bilingual contexts • Translate content between English and Welsh, as well as edit and proofread materials to a high editorial standard • Work closely with internal delivery teams, subject matter experts and programme leads to ensure content meets quality standards and supports effective education delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Native or near-native fluency in written Welsh and English • Proven experience in translation and editorial work • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work with complex and lengthy documents • Experience adapting tone and language for different audiences • The ability to manage multiple pieces of work and meet deadlines • Experience working in education, public sector or policy environments is desirable, but not essential.
