• Own product vision and roadmap for Compliance Automation platform • Lead team of PMs to define and deliver AI/ML capabilities • Drive cost optimization by identifying automation opportunities • Partner with various departments to ensure regulatory compliance • Shape integration of AI/ML technologies in compliance • Build relationships with regulatory stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience with AI/ML-powered automation • Experience in compliance technology or operational automation at scale • Experience leading cross-functional programs • Partnering with ML engineers on AI architectures • Proven track record with regulatory compliance frameworks • Experience driving executive-level alignment
