• Lead biweekly payroll processing for U.S. employees • Manage end-to-end payroll operations • Resolve employee payroll inquiries with speed and precision • Partner with HR and Finance for payroll data accuracy • Drive process improvements and automation in payroll workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Multi-state payroll processing experience • Expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance • Experience with equity compensation processing • Proficiency with payroll platforms (UKG Pro, Workday HCM) • Problem-solving skills for complex payroll issues • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian tools (Jira)
