• Own the multi-year technical strategy for the Payments platform • Build and evolve distributed systems that process high-volume payment traffic • Drive engineering quality through established coding standards • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Lead scaling and reliability initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Hands-on experience building payment systems • Experience architecting and delivering fault-tolerant, highly reliable distributed systems at scale • Proven experience owning production reliability • History of influencing technical direction across teams • Experience with generative AI and maintaining human oversight
