📋 Description

• Lead a team of 5-6 engineers across Infrastructure and Platform, providing clarity, prioritization, and coaching • Define and drive the roadmap for infrastructure reliability and scalability, developer experience, and core platform services • Guide the evolution of our architecture toward modular, service-oriented systems • Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure or platform teams • 6+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or platform engineering • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), observability, CI/CD, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices • Experience building or scaling shared platform services (e.g., authentication, internal APIs, service frameworks) • Familiarity with architecting and developing software to enterprise-grade requirements, especially around security, governance, and compliance • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs to deliver high-impact outcomes • Strong architectural instincts and ability to guide teams toward sustainable, scalable solutions • [Bonus] Experience in crypto or financial systems
