📋 Description
• Own the design of CoLab’s settings and admin experience—from UX architecture to UI polish • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers to build cohesive, scalable experiences • Lead user research and validation efforts for enterprise workflows • Create design artifacts across the full fidelity spectrum—diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals • Ensure design consistency across the core product, admin, and integration areas • Drive clarity and simplicity in a space that’s inherently complex
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 in enterprise SaaS • Experience designing complex workflows or admin tools • Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in structured design systems • Strong UX fundamentals and an obsession with usability • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bonus: familiarity with systems like PLM, ERP, or enterprise access control • Bonus: Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, or similar) to accelerate ideation, iteration, and design workflow efficiency
