• Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Management, Marketing, or Health Sciences) • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial units • Strong leadership • Exemplary managerial conduct • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills • Good listening and communication skills • Strategic vision and analytical mindset • Strong organizational skills and rigor • Agility and change management skills • Results-oriented • Ability to train and develop team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI tools • English: B2 (Upper-intermediate)
