📋 Description

• Ship production agent systems — design, build, and operate. • Operationalize LLM quality — build eval and observability layer. • Engineer data pipelines — robust ingestion of documents. • Own retrieval quality — hybrid search combining various techniques. • Build custom MCP tools and Agent Skills for efficiency. • Execute alongside the team — pair with full-stack engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. • 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data engineering. • Production agentic/LLM application experience. • Data engineering background for AI/ML workloads. • LLM operations experience for production systems. • Production retrieval experience with vector databases. • Modern Python stack proficiency. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. • US citizenship required (DoD contracting).
