⢠Clearly understand the capabilities of each company in the Group and their targets ⢠Be in touch with all the BD teams within the Group and be aware of their current clients/pipelines ⢠Be in touch with the key gaming companies and understand their needs for game development outsourcing ⢠Contact potential clients, offer game development outsourcing services, close deals ⢠Help building assets pipeline through LiveOps sales ⢠Leverage your existing network of contacts to create growth opportunities ⢠Support with Key Account Management for Big Accounts (Group companies) ⢠Be structured and manage deal-flow in CRM
⢠At least 3+ years of experience in the video gaming or tech industry in the area of Business Development or Sales ⢠Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) in English ⢠Understanding of the Game Development lifecycle ⢠Proven track record of building relationships and successfully closing business deals ⢠Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals ⢠Ability to act fast, be structured, self-motivated, and stay focused on delivering goals ⢠Ability to work well independently and with a group ⢠Experience presenting to an executive-level audience is a plus
