📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance technical solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, Core, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud • Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that improve customer engagement, loyalty, and operational efficiency • Act as a subject matter expert for code development, platform architecture, data modelling, and integration strategies • Lead development and customisation of complex Salesforce CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Agentforce solutions • Develop test plans and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Architect scalable, maintainable, and flexible Salesforce solutions integrated with enterprise architecture • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions within an Agile delivery team • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce clouds and external systems • Lead data models, sharing models, permission structures, and governance practices • Monitor and optimize Salesforce solution performance and scalability • Collaborate with architects and technology teams to define and implement technical strategies • Guide developers through complex coding and architectural decisions • Mentor and line-manage junior Salesforce developers and engineers • Promote coding, configuration, and continuous integration/delivery best practices • Keep current with Salesforce releases, features, technologies, and best practices • Advocate adoption of tools and technologies that enhance business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development • Proven experience across Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities such as Agentforce • At least 2 years in a senior or lead role • 6+ years of experience with JavaScript • Experience building scalable, maintainable Salesforce Flow solutions • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and other integration tools • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions • Experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customisations • Strong foundation in CRM principles, data modelling, and software architecture • Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, and relevant advanced certifications • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Salesforce DX • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including mentoring developers • Experience delivering AI, Agentforce, and automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Claude, APIs, and workflow automation tools • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and hands-on solution-delivery mindset • Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders • Passion for clean code, maintainable architecture, and continuous improvement • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills • Collaborative approach in cross-functional environments • Ability to provide day-to-day people leadership, including line management, coaching, feedback, and supporting junior team members’ growth • Commitment to self-learning and staying current with Salesforce innovations
