• Regional new customer acquisition in practices, independent specialist physicians and specialized healthcare centers • Build and maintain a network within the outpatient/private practice sector • Analyze, select and implement acquisition projects according to strategic direction and target objectives • Independently conduct targeted negotiations with stakeholders and hand over acquired new customers to colleagues in the responsible Coloplast Homecare field sales team • Develop, implement and support the rollout of new strategies for target group engagement in the outpatient sector and related projects • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive and implement measures
• Completed vocational training as a nurse or qualified nursing professional (e.g., health nurse, registered nurse) • Ideally, additional certifications in urology, stoma and/or continence management • Several years of professional experience in nursing as well as relevant sales and field-based experience in the healthcare sector • Solid clinical knowledge across indication and care areas with a focus on continence care • Sales specialist with an excellent network among community-based urologists, combined with enthusiasm and passion for customer acquisition • Commercial interest and basic numerical understanding, as well as MS Office skills • Goal-oriented and reliable work approach combined with a strong commitment • Flexibility, willingness to adapt and readiness to travel
