📋 Description

• Manage projects focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) • Facilitate and coach teams on transformation and change management initiatives • Handle data analysis and reporting using Excel charts and dashboards • Work with project management tools to document and track progress • Collaborate with stakeholders for effective stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Project Management focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). • Experience with continuous improvement • Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred) • Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) or similar initiatives. • Ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams on transformation and change management initiatives. • Strong data handling skills (Excel charts, dashboards, reporting). • Experience with project management tools and documentation. • LSS Green Belt or higher certification. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
