• Build and manage a portfolio of 125+ international major-gift supporters and prospects. • Meet an annual goal exceeding $5M through major gifts, stock gifts, donor-advised funds, and other philanthropic vehicles. • Develop donor-centric moves-management plans and coordinate strategic asks. • Proactively identify and cultivate prospective supporters. • Develop a travel and meeting strategy across assigned territories. • Represent Come and See at donor meetings and events.
• 7–10+ years of direct major-gift fundraising, with proven success securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts. • Demonstrated success in international major-gift fundraising. • Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizational development. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
