📋 Description

• Ensure supplier records in SAP are up to date • Ensure payment POs are created and approved in SAP • Verify payments according to each supplier's contractual agreements • Complete payment request forms • Post payments to the corresponding SAP PO • Track payments in Excel by amount, PO, submission date and other data for internal control • Manage SharePoint folders containing historical information • Monthly provision for freight and storage costs • Periodically review freight reports sent by suppliers to calculate and ensure all charges are valid • Schedule pickups with suppliers • Follow up on receipts and completion of checklists • Handle surplus, shortage, damage or any discrepancies during transport or delivery • Open deviation reports in supplier portals • Populate the network spreadsheet with distribution-related information • Upload reports to the CSL system for reporting to representatives • Support sales representatives / sales administration with information requests • Follow up on invoices • Manage returns and refusals • Develop distribution strategies for unforeseen events such as incidents, flight cancellations, partial shipments, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration with emphasis in Foreign Trade, Technologist in Foreign Trade, or related fields • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
