📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software • Coordinate with project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and resource requirements • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure timely project completion • Communicate with contractors and vendors to confirm availability and schedule work • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients • Anticipate potential delays and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track • Review and analyze project schedules to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency • Collaborate with team members to ensure all project schedules align with overall company goals and objectives • Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling updates and address any scheduling-related issues • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to project scheduling • Other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction industry • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely while still being a team player • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
