📋 Description

• Assist with management of all aspects of proposal development and bid submissions • Support field operations and business development personnel in generating proposals • Collaborate with Practice Leaders, business development, and operations team members • Collect and manage proposal responses collaboratively with regional teams • Review and measure the quality of proposals written by others • Participate in proposal after-action reviews, process scoring, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement • Manage response types including RFP responses, Requests for Information, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification • Lead proposal development from creation through bid submission • Collect, analyse, and communicate proposal metrics and Key Performance Indicators • Potentially lead part of the Proposal Support Team

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in English, business, engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience required • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and producing proposals • Preference for experience in the pharmaceutical and mission critical industry • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams • Ability to work flexible schedules, including extra hours to meet deadlines • Ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail, meet deadlines, and achieve high quality standards • Ability to understand and organise large volumes of information • Effective proposal coordination skills, including planning, organisation, communication, and resource management • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills • Customer relationship management database experience desired • Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates and comply with corporate standards • Team player willing to assist the team with a range of tasks • Ability to initiate and maintain communications with supervisors and team members
