• Deliver AWS/Azure-to-GCP migrations, moving production platforms in waves with controlled cutovers • Design and implement cloud foundations/landing zones, including resource hierarchy, IAM, Organization Policies, network topology, and security controls codified in Terraform • Design and deploy production Kubernetes platforms on GKE, including private clusters, Workload Identity, Helm add-ons, ingress, and Cloud Armor • Enable DevOps/IaC by importing hand-built environments into Terraform, creating reusable modules, configuring GitHub Actions with Workload Identity Federation, and using Argo CD • Own approved, scoped, fixed-budget engagements end to end, including low-level design, implementation, validation, and clean handover • Run several engagements in parallel and face each customer directly in a weekly meeting • Keep boards and hours current, protect scope through change management, flag budget deviations early, and complete handover with documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer • Presale is owned by Customer Engineers; this role owns execution
• Senior / Architect level • 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure experience • Deep, hands-on production architecture experience on Google Cloud specifically; not learning it on the job • Terraform expertise, including modular reusable code, remote state, and importing hand-built environments • Customer-facing English for workshops, weekly meetings, and handovers with customer engineers and CTOs • Production Kubernetes / GKE experience, including private clusters, node pools, autoscaling, RBAC, Workload Identity, Helm, and ingress • Networking and security expertise, including VPC design, Cloud NAT/DNS/VPN, Private Service Connect, firewall policies, IAM, Organization Policies, and Secret Manager • CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent, keyless authentication to GCP, container workflows, and GitOps with Argo CD or similar • Working knowledge of AWS or Azure and ability to read source environments being migrated • Proficient daily use of AI tools with judgment about what to accept, reject, and why
