📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate leads. • Qualify leads based on clearly-defined criteria before passing them to Account Executives. • Research potential customers, identify decision-makers, and tailor outreach accordingly. • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions, outreach activities, and next steps in Hubspot. • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies, sharing insights from the frontlines. • Consistently meet and exceed targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads, driving success for yourself, the sales team, and for commonsku.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales Development role • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment in any customer facing role • Previous experience in a Sales or Sales Development role in a SaaS-adjacent industry • Heaps of drive to hit goals and retire quota • Impeccable organization skills and the ability to stay focused on your tasks • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong ability to quickly build rapport • Confidence in handling objections (and rejection) • Willingness to be coached and bias for learning and growth • Desire to grow your career in tech sales • Experience working with AI tools to increase your impact and effectiveness • A great sense of humour! • Bonus: previous experience in or exposure to the promotional products industry
