📋 Description

• Research and feasibility checks to assist in ideating features. • Planning and estimation of features to ensure timely rollouts. • Develop frameworks that shape user experience across platforms. • Implement frameworks that impact various industries directly. • Play an active role in team retrospectives to flag problems and suggest solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills. • Strong understanding of Ruby on Rails, APIs, and database design. • Experience building scalable digital platforms deployed to production environments. • Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs. • Ability to design databases and optimize their performance. • Experience contributing to open source projects or building developer tools/plugins. • Understanding of deploying apps to staging or production via automated tools such as Github Actions.
