• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media and full-funnel growth strategies aligned with business goals. • Design and manage testing frameworks that drive experimentation and continuous optimization across the customer journey. • Collaborate with creative, product, and web teams to ensure cohesive, data-informed campaign execution. • Lead and mentor growth marketers to elevate analytical, creative, and strategic capabilities. • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Expertise in paid media platforms such as 6sense, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other analytics/BI tools. • Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, including landing page and website experience optimization. • Strong skills in audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and funnel performance measurement. • Leadership experience mentoring marketers and collaborating across teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree in a related field, preferred. • Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing, preferred.
